We don’t accept return/exchange after receiving the program due to the program being a digital product but we can always alter and tailor fit the program to your needs.

🟦 About workouts and meal plans:
▪️ What is the time duration of the workouts?
Every workout is about 1 hour and it depends on your fitness level and how much rest you take between exercises.
Andreia’s programs don’t follow Macro or calorie counting as they never support a sustainable lifestyle. Andreia’s meal plans are based on real foods with correct portions that help you burn fats while feeling energetic all day.
Andreia’s meal plans are based on real natural foods with breakfasts, lunch, dinner, and snacks. They are budget-friendly, easy to prepare foods while staying away from processed foods and sugars.
A video tutorial with directions on how to work out the portions for the fat loss menus are included in the program.
It is best to have it between meals and when you feel hungry.
▪️ Can I train on an empty stomach?
If your first thing in the morning is working out, then YES!
If you are preparing your meals in advance then you can keep them for about 3 days in a sealed container.
All you need is a set of dumbbells, Medicine ball, Ankle Weights, Stability Ball, and Box/Bench/Chair.
Yes, all the workout includes a video tutorial and photo of exactly how the workouts to be done properly.
Yes, Andreia has added a bonus stretch video tutorial to avoid injury and muscle imbalance.
No, lifting weights will increase your strength, improve your joints, help in building lean muscle, and make you look and feel younger.
Yes, all you have to do is replace the Protein intakes that are animal-based in your program with vegetarian-based Proteins. Also, Andreia will be sending you the bonus vegetarian meal plans with video tutorials.
You should avoid training the injured part, but you can still train the other parts. Andreia will be adjusting exercises that you are uncomfortable with.
